Flytreat is committed to customer satisfaction and aims to provide a fair and clear cancellation and refund policy for all travel bookings.
- Booking Cancellations:
- Immediate Cancellations: Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of booking. However, cancellations may not be possible if arrangements have already been confirmed with hotels, airlines, or other partners. Cancellation charges will vary based on the policy and the number of days prior to the scheduled travel date when the request is made.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain bookings, including last-minute hotel reservations, promotional fares, and package deals, may be non-refundable. These will be specified at the time of booking.
- Refunds for Package Discrepancies:
- If the booked service does not align with the agreed itinerary or description, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of travel completion. We will assess the situation and, if valid, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include partial refunds or alternative arrangements.
- Quality Concerns with Services:
- Should you experience any quality issues (such as poor accommodation standards or transportation issues), report them to our Customer Service during the trip or within 7 days after the trip ends. Claims will be reviewed, and if deemed valid, compensation or refunds will be considered.
- Force Majeure:
- Flytreat is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or health emergencies. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will depend on the policies of our travel partners (airlines, hotels, etc.).
- Refund Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days after confirmation. Refunds are subject to deduction of applicable fees, including administrative and partner cancellation charges.
- Special Conditions:
- For packages with third-party services or additional warranties (e.g., travel insurance), please refer to the respective third-party policies.
