Our dedicated representative will be available to greet guests upon their arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), Bagdogra Airport (IXB), or Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction). They will provide assistance for transportation to Darjeeling, approximately 105 kilometers away, with a travel time of 3 ½ - 4 hours. Situated at an altitude of 2123 meters (70001 feet), Darjeeling is renowned for its breathtaking beauty, rolling tea plantations, and stunning views of Mount Everest, earning its title as the 'Queen of the Hills.' It is also home to the iconic Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR), a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the early hours around 3:45 AM, embark on a drive to an elevation of 8000 feet (2440 meters) through pristine oak and magnolia forests to reach Tiger Hill, where you'll witness the breathtaking sunrise over the majestic Kanchendzonga Peak (weather permitting). On the return journey, stop by Ghoom Monastery, the Peace Memorial, and the Batasia Loop for additional sightseeing opportunities.
